SNEZ E-News in Cambodia - Final Green Gecko Concert 2013

Well we've finally settled at home and riding the wave towards Christmas. Thank the Lord we did all the christmas shopping in Siem Reap at a third of the price we would have spent here. Now we can just concentrate on music. Being home is nice, but no-where near as exciting as the month in Cambodia. I have a bad case of Cambodia belly which was not very pretty, but made it through the final concert with the Green Gecko Kids. Below I've tried to compile the concert in video format as compactly as possibly and still share the beautiful experience that took place on the 29th November. Stewart and I were very sad to leave and plan to continue our music workshops via skype and online tutorials through the year, until we get back there next year.  However, we were very glad to see Freddy and the mess of fur that he was.

In the meantime, I've some very exciting news. I've just been signed to a Sydney based booking agency called All Things Entertainment. A.T.E are launching their agency and their new acts this Sunday with a showcase of their new talent...including Stew and I. So come along to our Free concert to see a bunch of different bands, originals and some cover bands. GALSTON CLUB @ 5.30 pm - 15 Dec.
It will be a great way to have a catch up before Christmas.

NEW LIVE STUDIO ALBUM
Plans are underway for my new live studio album to be released early next year. The full band featuring Chris Mearns on Bass, Lindsay Tebbutt on drums and Stewart on Guitars will be the highlight of the album. Focusing on some songs that didn't make it on previous albums and a couple of the newbies. I'm really looking forward to this project. More to be announced.

More Green Gecko posts: Stay posted for our rendition of 'Crazy Dog' with the Gecko Kids and a version of John Lennon's 'Imagine' with myself and Larn. Coming up in the next blog.

Thanks and smell ya later
snez xx
